Alkaline88® Expanding into the Hospitality Sector

The Alkaline Water Company announced that it has partnered IBA Foodservice to accelerate growth in the hospitality and foodservice industry. IBA is a highly respected professional sales and marketing organization that targets the foodservice industry. IBA Foodservice will present the entire line of A88® across a consortium of 30 brokers and will drive The Company’s lifestyle brands through restaurants, hotels, airports, stadiums, hospitals, schools, golf courses, health clubs, and more. 

President and CEO of The Alkaline Water Company Ricky Wright states, “We expect...IBA to help us penetrate the large regional accounts across the entire hospitality and foodservice ecosystem...We expect our single-serves, including A88 Infused flavored water, eco-friendly aluminum water bottles, and A88CBD infused lemon-lime water to do exceptionally well in the channel.”

The Company already has a partnership with DOT Foods, and are hoping that their nascent partnership with IBA will continue to promote growth across various channels. 

Expanded Partnership with KeHE features A88CBD™ Products

Specialty & Natural food distributor KeHE is now to feature A88CBD™ products as well as Alkaline88® products. KeHE is a wholesale food distributor specializing in organic, natural, and fresh products, looking to help emerging brands break into the market. The Company’s alkaline water is a perfect fit within KeHE, so the Company has extended its partnership with KeHE to include premium hemp products like A88CBD™ topical products, which also fit under the umbrella of KeHe’s products.

The Alkaline Water Company has seen success with their Alkaline88® products through their KeHE partnership; they have garnered approximately $25 million in retail sales for Alkaline88®. Their partnership with KeHE has also contributed to their growth CAGR of over 60%. The Alkaline Water Company is hoping to further expand by also offering CBD products through KeHE. 

Alkaline88® in Multiple Investor Conferences

Alkaline88® has had a busy December. President and CEO, Richard Wright, presented in two virtual investor conferences.

On December 10-11, 2020, Mr. Wright participated in various one on one meetings with institutional investors in the Roth Virtual Deer Valley Consumer Event. A couple of days later, he presented to a panel of industry experts on the 14th of December at the LD Micro 13th Annual Main Event. The Company also met one on one with investors on December 15th.
