June 2020 was an incredible month for The Alkaline Company—keep reading to see the highlights. 

Record Fourth Quarter With Over 50% Growth 

Despite the unprecedented pandemic that swept the world, The Alkaline Water Company accomplished an astounding revenue of approximately $12.0 million which translates to upwards of 51% over the prior year. This accomplishment represents revenue growth of 42% over fiscal quarter three. 


Richard A. Wright, President, and CEO of The Alkaline Water Co. stated, “This quarter’s results are a great way for our Company to end our fiscal year. We now have tremendous momentum going into fiscal 2021. We expect our first quarter ending June 30, 2020, to set another revenue record. The current pandemic acted as a catalyst for some of the current quarter’s growth, but also set the stage for significant future growth. During the pandemic, Alkaline88® was able to meet our retailer’s demands.”


Some highlights from Fiscal Q4 include:

  • The Company expanded its presence into over 15,000 retail locations for flagship products in the specialty discount, drug store, grocery store, and convenience store retail channels.
  • A88CBD™ officially launched a robust portfolio of Ingestible products.
  • Alkaline88® received refreshed brand labeling to highlight the benefits of Alkaline88® water. 
  • Doubled the supply chain capabilities and secured domestic suppliers for every component of the Company’s product portfolio. 
  • Confirmed A88 Infused™ flavored waters will reach up to 12,500 stores nationwide by the end of the summer.
  • Expanded retail channels for A88CBD™ products, including a complete e-commerce experience on A88CBD.com and topical products on Amazon.com, CBD.co, healwithnature.com, and in select Vitamin Plus & all Pure CBD retail stores. 
  • Delivered over 300,000 aluminum bottles of Alkaline88® Water in sustainable, single-serve packaging across California and Texas markets.

Launched Direct to Consumer E-Commerce Website 

Consumers asked, and The Alkaline Water Company listened. June brought a complete refresh of thealkalinewaterco.com which included the integration of a direct to the consumer e-commerce platform. The Alkaline Water Company worked with Chicago-based Digital Advertising Agency, Youtech., to create a seamless user-friendly interface. Avid Alkaline88® Water drinkers and newbies alike can now shop the entire line of Alkaline88® products, including A88 Infused™ and eco-friendly aluminum bottles—directly from the company website. 

Richard A. Wright, President, and CEO of The Alkaline Water Co. shared, “The decision to launch the site is driven by the recent increase in online demand and changing consumer buying habits. Over the last three months, our e-commerce sales have increased by over 3,200% from this time last year. Consumers are now able to purchase our products directly from the Company no matter where they live.”

The Company Selects Davis Elen as Agency of Record

The Alkaline Water Company recently announced its partnership with Los Angeles based advertising agency, Davis Elen Advertising (“Davis Elen”). This partnership allows for the initiation of an extended marketing plan in the future of the Company.
